Our Staff

Our most valuable asset - a caring, and driven team of people committed to providing our clients a better life.

Prospect Residential Care’s skilled and dedicated staff deliver services tailored to the particular needs, hopes and dreams of people living with disabilities and their families.

Staff are always present and can provide support at any time. Health care needs are managed under the direction of the person’s medical practitioner and Royal District Nursing Service Clinical Nurse Consultant, as required.

All support staff:

  • Have either Certificate 3 or 4 qualifications in Disability, Mental Health or Aged & Community Care, or are working towards achieving these qualifications
  • Have undergone security checks by the Department for Communities and Social Inclusion (DCSI)
  • Undergo annual reviews of their First Aid, Manual Handling Training, and Medication Management skills

Staff supporting people with specific needs are given further health and behaviour support training, and there is an after-hours emergency support system.

Our dedicated team is committed to working towards improving the quality of life of each client, ensuring their safety, happiness, inclusion and long term security.
